TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Pricing: Prices are based on double occupancy; a single supplement fee applies for solo travelers. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

- Deposit: There is a $300 per person non-refundable deposit which is due at booking.

- Non-Refundable: The trip is non-refundable and non-transferable. We highly recommend the purchase of travel protection.

- Change Fee: A change fee of $50 per person will be applied for any modifications to the booking, plus any charges imposed by the supplier.

- Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $50, plus any fees assessed by the supplier, will be applicable in the event of cancellation.

- Payment Schedule: Payments must be made monthly. There will be a 30-day grace period for each payment. Failure to submit payment within 60 days of the due date will result in cancellation of the booking. To reinstate the booking after cancellation, a $200 reinstatement fee will apply.

- Full Payment Deadline: The final payment must be made no later than August 1,2027 (NO EXCEPTIONS).

- Passport Requirement: A valid passport is required for all travelers, with a minimum validity of six months beyond the return date of the trip.

- Travel Insurance: KMD Travel suggests the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment.
