TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Pricing: Prices are based on double occupancy; a single supplement fee applies for solo travelers. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

- Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable. We highly urge for you to purchase travel protection.

- Change Fee: A change fee of $198 per person will be applied for any modifications to the booking, plus any charges imposed by the supplier.

- Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $50, plus any fees assessed by the supplier, will be applicable in the event of cancellation.

- Payment Schedule: Payments must be made monthly. There will be a 30-day grace period for each payment. Failure to submit payment within 60 days of the due date will result in cancellation of the booking. To reinstate the booking after cancellation, a $200 reinstatement fee will apply.

- Full Payment Deadline: Full payment for the booking must be made no later than September 1, 2026. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

- Passport Requirement: A valid passport is not required for this cruise, but highly suggested in case of emergencies.

- Travel Insurance: KMD Travel suggests the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment.
